The Willow Suite £2,600pp (Total £5,200)

The Aspen Room £2,600pp (Total £5,200)

The Holly Room £2,500pp (Total £5,000)

The Alder Room £2,400pp (Total £4,800)

The Birch Room £2,400pp (Total £4,800)

A 50 percent single occupancy supplement will apply.

Payment Details

• A £500 deposit is required to secure your spot.

• Final payment must be completed by June 31, 2025.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel before June 30, 2025: You’ll receive a refund minus the £500 deposit.

Due to our commitments with the venue and service providers, we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy.

Participation Requirements

All participants must sign an application form and liability waiver before joining the retreat.

We HIGHLY recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Check out travel insurance companies that offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather and travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
