We believe food should nourish both body and spirit and ultimately connect you to the land.
The Lodge has a full team of chefs committed to cooking deliciously nourishing food. The wilderness kitchen serves fresh, seasonal meals made with organic ingredients grown at the onsite greenhouses and raised beds, including vibrant salads, herbs, berries, and vegetables.
They also serve their own wild venison and trout, alongside locally caught seafood
from nearby waters.

Meals are communal, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests can truly relax.
